Kilpailunumerot saa lähtö- ja maalialueen Oulu-telttakatoksesta. Numeroissa on chip-ajanottotarra,  jolla rekisteröidään juoksijoiden väliajat ja loppuajat. Numeroita ei tarvitse palauttaa.

Koe viimeinen lauttamatka, näe sivusta pengertie ja komeat sillat.

Koodilla SILTAAPITKINLUOVOON saa LUOVOn verkkosivuilta 10 % alennuksen LUOVOn hotellimajoituksesta, sekä Pihan majoituksista. Pihan saunat ovat tapahtumapäivänä osallistujille lämpiminä klo 14–21. Hailuotoon pitää mennä lautalla vielä ko. päivänä.

Team Rynkeby Oulun joukkue toimii mennen-tullen juoksijoiden etupyöräilijöinä. Lopuksi he tarkistavat toiseen kertaan reitin.

Roskaaminen on lain nimessä kielletty! Kiinteää ravintohuoltoa ei ole matkan varrella. Kiinteä roska-astia on Huikun kääntöpaikalla/ liikenneympyrässä ja maalissa.  Tarvittaessa juomat ja ravinteet pitää kantaa mukanaan.

Ensiapua on saatavilla koko tapahtuman ajan; SPR Tyrnävä ja Team Rynkeby Oulun joukkueen lääkäri  päivystävät lähtö- ja maalialueella.

Vakuutus, osanottajia ei ole vakuutettu järjestäjän toimesta. Osanottajat vastaavat omasta vakuutusturvastaan ja varusteistaan. Järjestäjä ei ole vastuussa kilpailijalle aiheutuneista tai kilpailijan aiheuttamista vahingoista.

Järjestäjä pidättää oikeuden valokuvaukseen, kuvia käytetään somessa.

Tavoitteena on tehdä tapahtumasta vuotuinen Oulun päivien yhteyteen.

Kannustamme osallistujia saapumaan paikalle pyörällä, joukkoliikenteellä tai kimppakyydein. Tapahtumassa minimoidaan ympäristökuormitus ja edistetään ekologisia valintoja.

Competition numbers are available in the start and finish area from the Oulu tent roof. You need not to return the numbers. The intermediate and final times of the runners are registered with chip stickers attached to the numbers.

Dressing rooms and parking places: At the Salonpää School in Oulunsalo, address Varjakantie 9, 90470 Varjakka, at 11 am - 13.30 pm and after the event at 15-17 pm. The door F, code 15871#. The participants are responsible for their own equipment. The participants are advised to leave most of their cars at the school area and move by joint vehicles to the start and finish area.

90480 Hailuoto. A 10% reduction of the Luovo hotel fee and of the accommodation fees in the adjacent Piha buildings is available in the Luovo web page with the code SILTAAPITKINLUOVOON. The saunas of the Piha are warm and reserved for the participants at 14-21 pm. The trip to Hailuoto must be done by the ferry on the 28th, as the bridge is not in official use yet.

Experience the last ferry trip and see from the ferry the magnificent Hailuoto Bridge consisting of two bridge parts and a dyke way in the middle.

Littering is strictly forbidden! There is no food and drink service along the running route.  There is a dustbin at the Huikku turning point/roundabout and in the finish area. Any drink bottles and energy gels must be carried along.

First aid: the SPR (Finnish Red Cross) Tyrnävä and the doctor of the Team Rynkeby Oulu are in duty in the start and finish area.

The participants are responsible for their own insurance security and equipment. The organizer is not responsible for any possible damages happened for the participants or any possible damages caused by them.

The organizer reserves the right for taking photos for the use in social media.

The competition is planned to be organized annually in the connection of the Oulu Days event.

The participants and public are recommended to arrive to the event by public transport, joint vehicles or bicycles to minimize environmental burden and to support ecological choices.
